My American Heart’s Final Show
On Sunday, after church and my Uncle’s birthday, I met up with Jessica and Jeff for the MAH show at the epicentre! Interrupted Larry’s grit session and AJ Rafael’s Tacobell snack for a picture. (; The first few bands were pretty good. It was my first time watching Aj Rafael, so it was great. (: Once it was time for My American Heart to come out, of course, everyone started to push and shove. Left and came back to the mosh pit by myself a couple times. When the last couple of songs were played, Josh Reed came with me to the pit again and helped me out. Crowd surfer kicked my face. Got a black puffy eye bag, with two cuts. But after icing it for like 2 hours and sleeping it off, the color went away and it’s just swollen. I’m just relieved it wasn’t my actually eyeball. Phew. Some people had the worst B.O. ever, which made me sick, but it’s whatev’s. I haven’t seen them live since the 8th grade (2006), so I’m super happy I got to see their last one.
